This is a question that I am often asked..

" How can I boost my energy levels..?"

One of the simplest answers that will have a positive effect on your energy levels is choosing to move more.

Exercise not only boosts energy levels, but improves mood, outlook and productivity. Although it might be tempting to think you are too tired to exercise, taking the decision to get your circulation going, fire up those brains and take a positive action, could be the best thing you could do, in that moment to feel more positive and give you the boost you need. 

I always feel better after a walk with my dogs, after a dip in the pool or a Pilates session.

Even 10 minutes of mindful movement with a focus on your breath can really affect your mental health. It doesn't have to be intense, it doesn't have to feel stressful, it just has to work for you!

This video gives you a 3 and a half minute boxing themes cardio workout.  I would recommend completing this 3 times, to be super effective!
